Leapstone Learning

About Us

Our story began with a simple but powerful dream, born from our own childhood experiences. Many of us grew up in places where opportunities were limited, and we often wished for spaces where children could feel free to explore, to create, and to shine in their own unique way.
As we grew older, we discovered just how life-changing those opportunities can be. A child’s world opens up when they are given the chance to imagine, to try, and to grow. These moments build confidence, spark joy, and plant the seeds of a lifelong love for learning.
Leapstone was created with that belief at its heart. For us, these experiences are not extras or nice-to-haves. They are essential. They are the stepping stones, the leapstones, that help children discover who they are, embrace their potential, and step into the world with courage and wonder.

Meet Our Team

Sarosh Ghalib

CEO

With a background in engineering and a deep passion for education, I founded Leapstone to create a space where every child can explore, grow, and reach their full potential. I believe each child is unique, and my approach goes beyond academics to nurture creativity, curiosity, and the joy of discovery. Outside of Leapstone, I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking, travelling, reading, and, as a proud Potterhead, drawing inspiration from the magic of imagination and lifelong learning.

Mahnoor Fatima

Co-founder & Managing director

I’m deeply passionate about early childhood development and creating a place where every child feels safe, inspired, and supported. At Leapstone, I’m proud to work alongside a caring team to build a nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and shine with confidence. Outside of work, I love reading, baking and painting—little joys that reflect the creativity and care I bring into everything I do. My heart is in helping children and families flourish, building a foundation of happiness and growth for the future.

Memuna Ahmed

Co-Founder & Education Director

There was a time I thought life had ended for me after marriage and having children, but I discovered it was really just the beginning. With determination, I went back to studying, balanced family life, and completed my bachelor’s degree in Education. Now, through Leapstone, I’m fulfilling my dream of educating children and young adults. I want to help mould the next generation, giving them the knowledge, support, and confidence they need to build a brighter future.

Ayman Khatana

Co-founder & Creative Director

I’m currently pursuing my academic journey to become a doctor. Alongside my studies, I’m a passionate reader and love to explore new places through travel. At Leapstone Learning, I bring creativity and vision to everything we do. Having faced the challenges of limited resources and opportunities while striving for top universities and competitive careers, I’m deeply committed to changing that story for others. To me, Leapstone means creating equal access and giving every child the chance to reach their full potential.
